FCi Federal Wins HHS Program Support Services Contract

FCi Federal announced today that the company has been awarded a prime contract with the Department of Health and Human Service (HHS), Office of Civil Rights (OCR). The contract is an exclusive IDIQ contract awarded to FCi Federal and two other companies, with a five-year performance period (including options) and a ceiling of $50 million.

Under this contract, FCi Federal will provide support to 13 nationwide HHS OCR offices in the areas of monitoring, investigation, and enforcement of anti-discrimination and privacy laws; health information protection; and civil rights policy development, planning, education, and outreach.

Virts, Founder and CEO of FCi Federal. “We will provide rapid response and expert support to assist OCR regional locations in responding to changing case workload demands and evolving requirements under new regulations, such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA).”

Specific tasks may include law clerk support, paralegal support, program and general administrative support, project office support, and settlement and state settlement observation services. Work locations include: Washington, DC; Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Kansas City, MO; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; and Seattle, WA.
