Four-time Super Bowl champion Terry Bradshaw speaks to FCi Federal employees

Leesburg, Va. – Four-time Super Bowl champion and Fox NFL Sunday co-host Terry Bradshaw spoke to FCi Federal employees on Friday, Oct. 26 as part of the company’s annual program management meeting.

Bradshaw’s speech, entitled “Why not Your Best,” emphasized the importance of teamwork to the success of FCi Federal.

“If we all care about each other and have each others back, there’s no limit to what we can accomplish,” Bradshaw told the crowd of about 100 employees.

This year was the first time FCi Federal included assistant site managers in its annual conference, for which the theme was “Teamwork, Leadership and Continued Growth.”

FCi Federal was the fastest-growing government contractor in the Washington Business Journal’s Fast 50 list with a three-year growth rate of 154.15 percent. It was also the only Loudoun County-based business named to the list.

In August, FCi Federal was named the 215th fastest-growing company in the country by Inc. Magazine and was featured in an MSN.com article promoting company job openings nationwide.
