From Loudoun Times-Mirror: PAE to purchase Loudoun-based federal contracting powerhouse FCi Federal

FCi Federal, a government services prime contractor that started in a Loudoun basement just over 25 years ago, is expected to be acquired by Arlington-based PAE.

FCi Federal was founded by chairwoman Sharon D. Virts and is described as one of the fastest-growing government services firms in the industry, providing professional, administrative and technical services to federal agencies and operating in more than 40 states and territories.
