FCi Federal Appoints Scott F. Miller as Chief Executive Officer

Ashburn, VA – May 23, 2023 – FCi Federal today announced the appointment of Scott F. Miller to Chief Executive Officer. Miller has served as company president since 2012. Sharon Virts, current CEO of FCi Federal, will become Executive Chairman of the company.

During Miller’s tenure as FCi President, the company grew both revenues and employee population by more than 120 percent. He was responsible for managing operations, overseeing all divisions and services as well as leading the corporate program management office and shared services that support all customer contracts.

Miller will serve as CEO and President. He has more than 30 years of management and operations experience in federal and commercial markets. He began his career with General Electric.

As Executive Chairman, Virts will transition from day-to-day operations to focus on strategic planning for the company with the Board of Directors. This includes exploring the company’s strategic direction, addressing new markets and extending partnership activities to drive long term growth. Virts also plans to focus on personal philanthropic interests including the launch of her foundation.
