FCi Federal supports America’s promise as a nation of immigrants by providing accurate and useful information to our customer stakeholders—supporting the issuance of immigration and citizenship benefits, promoting an awareness and understanding of citizenship, and ensuring the integrity of our immigration system.  In addition, we help protect the integrity of the U.S. passport as proof of U.S. citizenship at home and around the world. We focus on providing outstanding customer service to the constituents we support while working diligently with our customers to preserve our nation’s security through our fraud analysis capabilities.

Our work directly helps agencies achieve their missions of assisting customers and beneficiaries with the most efficient methods to obtain information, submit applications, and conduct status checks on their petitions and applications. We understand the critical outcome of our support—safeguarding our nation’s security, upholding the integrity of the immigration system, and carrying forward our nation’s proud tradition as a land of hope and opportunity.

For the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), FCi Federal provides operations management and professional services support to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on multiple programs. We deliver mission critical support that enables Government adjudicators to review millions of applications annually, conduct interviews, prevent fraud, properly adjudicate cases to meet regulatory timelines, and ultimately conduct naturalization ceremonies to swear in our new citizens. On both the Service Center Operations Support Services (SCOSS) contract and the Field Office Support Services (FOSS) contracts, FCi Federal delivers full lifecycle operations management services for USCIS immigration eligibility determination and adjudication decisions. Our operations management services are coordinated across 80+ locations and include mail operations, fee collection, data entry, file operations, fraud detection support, delivery of interview-ready cases, and naturalization ceremony support.

In addition, FCi Federal supports the mission of the Department of State in immigrant and non-immigrant visa processing. We perform constituent inquiry response, records management, data management, administrative support, quality control, statistical and program analysis, and correspondence support. FCi Federal also supports the Department of State in FOIA case processing and we assist in effectively managing records that contain sensitive national security information.
