Federal Civilian

FCi Federal supports domestic program operations at agencies that support our nation’s commerce and trade as well as societal programs supporting the health, education and welfare of our population. Our services include benefits application processing, training, and education and through the enforcement of federal laws.  We bring operational management and professional services to assist our federal civilian customers in processing applications for federal services such as loans and insurance and in answering constituent inquiries on these services. In addition, we collaborate with our customers to create the expertise, information, and tools that people and communities need to protect their health – through health promotion, prevention of disease, injury and disability, and preparedness for new health threats.

FCi Federal has delivered mission support to numerous federal agencies including components of the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of the Treasury.
